Long abandoned, the former dye factory on the banks of the Yèvre, the emblematic timber-framed house on the rue Voltaire in Vierzon, has been telling a new story since May 2023. 

It's a wonderful story, made possible by the determination of its new owners and the excellent work of Vierzon-based companies. After 3 years of major consolidation and renovation work to preserve its heritage, the elegant building has regained its past colours and charm, and now serves as a beautiful setting for new activities: top-of-the-range bed and breakfasts, a café-restaurant "Le Zouzou" and a beauty salon "Le Riviera", due to open in September 2023. 

The two luxurious bedrooms on the first floor have lovely views. One is in the Art Deco style, the other in the Napoleon III style. You'll be seduced by their elegance, their fine facilities and the meticulous decoration that goes hand in hand with the comfort of their modern amenities.
